Poster Presentations

Due to the large number of accepted abstracts, posters cannot remain on display for the full duration of the congress. Presentation times are scheduled as follows:

• Poster Numbers 1–185 
  Wednesday, November 12, 2025, 07:30 PM – 10:00 PM
• Poster Numbers 186–385
  Thursday, November 13, 2025, 07:30 PM – 10:000 PM

Information for poster presenters

Presenters are required to be in the poster area at the scheduled time mentioned above to present their poster.
All posters will be displayed on-site as part of the physical poster exhibition. Details:

• Format: Printed
• Maximum Dimensions: maximum 5’ (width) x 6’ (height)
• Setup: between 12:00 PM and 4:00 PM on the day of your presentation
• Take-down: between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM on the day after your presentation

Poster boards will be located in the designated poster viewing rooms. Posters have to be attached to the board with the corresponding poster number.
